Job summary

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients private homes & community pools all within your location & surrounding cities! You set your own schedule and can choose which clients to work with, earning $40-$70 per hour with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply the clients and provide insurance coverage; background checks are covered and onboarding is quick to start (24-48 hours post-interview).

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to needs.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
