Job summary

A leading swim instruction company is seeking experienced private swim instructors to provide swim lessons at clients' homes and community pools. You will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and clients, ensuring a rewarding experience while earning competitive pay. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Will obtain CPR and First Aid certifications if not already certified.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US with work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess and monitor students' skills and progress.
• Ensure the safety of the student at all times.
