A private swim instruction company is looking for experienced swim instructors in California to conduct lessons at clients' homes and community pools. You’ll have the freedom to set your own schedule and receive prompt payment after each lesson. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience and certifications in CPR and First Aid. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
