A private mobile swim lesson company is looking for experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools. As an instructor, you will create tailored lesson plans, conduct one-on-one and small group lessons, ensure safety, and enjoy flexible scheduling with competitive pay. You'll have opportunities to inspire swimmers while working locally across Southern California.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
