A national private swim lesson company is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule, create tailored lesson plans, and ensure the safety of students. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress, and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients' needs.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
