Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and travel locally, earning competitive pay for one-on-one or small group lessons.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
