Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States, including New Jersey. You set your own schedule, travel to local clients, and enjoy rapid payments once a lesson is completed.

Requirements include at least 2 years of instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Earn $40–$70 per hour with flexible opportunities and support from InstaSwim.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
