A private mobile swim lesson company is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools. Instructors will have the flexibility to set their schedules and work locally, all while being part of a dedicated team that prides itself on providing personalized and effective swim instruction. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, relevant certifications, and a positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons flexibly.
• Create custom lesson plans for students.
• Ensure the safety of the student at all times.
