Job summary

A private swim instruction company is looking for experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes or community pools. Instructors will enjoy the flexibility to set their own schedules, receive prompt payments, and work in a supportive environment focused on safety and student progress. Candidates must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience and be CPR certified.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess student's skills and monitor progress.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
