InstaSwim offers professional private swim instructors the opportunity to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and travel locally, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson and insurance coverage provided by InstaSwim.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
