Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States, including Oklahoma. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and get paid quickly after each lesson.

Must have at least two years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization; reliable transport; create personalized lesson plans; ensure safety.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and equipment as needed.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
