Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and work locally, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson. Insurance coverage is provided; background check is covered.

Earn $40–$70 per hour, with the ability to choose clients and locations. Quick onboarding (24–48 hours post-interview) is available in many areas. Must be based in the US with work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients private homes & community pools all within your location & surrounding cities! We supply the clients, you set the schedule! With the ability to choose what clients to work with and to get paid within a 24 hour period after each lesson, there's really no better choice out there!

Swim Instructor Responsibilities
