Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain it, and have reliable transportation. Based in the US with US work authorization, you will travel locally to clients' locations and ensure safety and personalized instruction.

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients private homes & community pools all within your location & surrounding cities! We supply the clients, you set the schedule! With the ability to choose what clients to work with and to get paid within a 24 hour period after each lesson, there's really no better choice out there!

Swim Instructor Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
