Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 (US Dollar) per hour

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients' private homes & community pools within your location & surrounding cities. We supply the clients, you set the schedule. With the ability to choose which clients to work with and to be paid within a 24-hour period after each lesson, there’s really no better choice out there.

Responsibilities include conducting private (1-1) and small group swim lessons, scheduling lessons with flexibility, traveling safely to and from clients' pool locations, creating custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style, assessing student skills, monitoring progress, adapting lessons to meet student and client needs, providing a fun, full, and tracked learning experience, and ensuring safety of the student at all times.
