You’ll choose your clients, set your own hours, and earn $40-$56 per hour. The company handles scheduling, billing, and support, while you focus on safe, effective instruction across all ages.

Qualifications

• Swim instruction experience (private lessons, lifeguarding, competitive swimming, or swim team coaching).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable).
• Passion for water safety and working with all ages.
• Self-motivated and professional.

Responsibilities

• Teach personalized 1-on-1 or small group swim lessons.
• Travel to clients' private pools and community pools in Holiday.
• Students book 6-25 lesson packages and you build a steady client flow.
• We handle scheduling, billing, and customer service; you focus on teaching.
