Job summary

Sunsational Swim School LLC is hiring in Del Mar Mesa for private in-home swim instructors. In this role, you will connect with families, teach 1-on-1 or small groups, and travel to client pools across Del Mar Mesa.

Choose your clients, set your own schedule, and start earning quickly with immediate work available, while we handle scheduling and billing. Liability insurance is provided for every lesson and support is available 7 days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in private lessons, lifeguarding, competitive swimming, or swim team coaching.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Passion for water safety and working with all ages.
• Self-motivated and professional.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' private pools and community pools in Del Mar Mesa.
• Teach personalized 1-on-1 or small group swim lessons.
• Assist clients with 6-25 lesson packages for consistent, committed lessons.
• Sunsational Swim School handles scheduling, billing, and customer service while you teach.
• Maintain liability insurance coverage for each lesson.
• Provide support with a 7-day local team available to help.
