Job summary

InstaSwim connects independent swim instructors with families for private lessons at home or community pools in Boston and nearby towns. Instructors choose accepted offers and set their own schedules, teaching 1-on-1 or small groups while ensuring safety and progress.

As an independent contractor, you’ll travel to lessons within your chosen radius, receive fast payouts after each session, and benefit from InstaSwim’s onboarding, insurance coverage, and support for bookings and billing.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required; swim teaching experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before teaching).
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.

Requirements
