Instructors set their own schedules, choose clients, and earn between $40-$70 per lesson. Potential instructors must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18 or older, and have the required certifications or willingness to obtain them.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

• Create custom lesson plans tailored to abilities.
• Ensure safety of students at all times.
