InstaSwim LLC is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons at our clients' homes and community pools. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and immediate payment after lessons, making it an attractive opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in swim instruction, must be CPR/First Aid certified, and possess a positive attitude. This is a chance to join a growing network while earning competitive pay ranging from $40 to $70 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess student's skills and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
