Job summary

Caring for Others is hiring caregivers in Salem, OR, offering paid training and opportunities for bonuses. You will provide companionship, meals, light housekeeping, and personal care across multiple clients in the community, including support for Alzheimer's/Dementia and occasional nurse-delegated tasks.

Training and career coaching are included. Eligible candidates are 18+ with a valid license and insured transportation; background checks apply, and shifts include days, evenings, nights,

Qualifications

• 18+ with a valid license and insured transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• Caregiving, CNA, DSP, DSW experience is a plus, not required.
• Willingness to support multiple clients and various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, meals, light housekeeping and errands.
• Assist with personal care and mobility.
• Support clients with Alzheimer's/Dementia as needed.
• Perform nurse-delegated tasks as required.

Requirements

You're a great fit if you:

• Are 18+ with a valid license and reliable, insured transportation
• Can pass a background check
• Visit and support multiple Clients as needed
• Have Caregiving, CNA, DSP, DSW, bilingual, or senior care experience (a plus, not required)
• Ability to work some or all the following: Day Shifts, Evening, NOC or Overnight Shifts, Weekend Shifts

OUR SERVICE AREA

Work with Clients in your own community!

We are hiring for multiple caregiver opportunities, including Day, Evening, Night (NOC), and Overnight shifts, as well as Weekend, Bilingual, CNA, and Lead Caregiver roles. Caregivers are based out of Salem, Keizer, McMinnville, Woodburn, Newberg, Dallas, Canby , Aurora, Brownsville, Sweet Home, Independence, Monmouth, Wilsonville, Dundee, Lafayette, Albany, Corvallis and Rickreal.

Salary Description

$18 - $22 per hour
