Job summary

Caring for Others is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes across the Oregon coast region. You will assist with companionship, meals, light housekeeping, and mobility support, including clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia.

Licensed, insured drivers are preferred, and background checks will be conducted. The role offers paid training, opportunities for growth, and a range of wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or senior care is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
• Must be 18+ with a valid license and reliable transportation.
• Background check must be passable.
• Flexible to work Day, Evening, Night (NOC), Overnight, and Weekend shifts.

Requirements

You're a great fit if you:

• Are 18+ with a valid license and reliable, insured transportation
• Can pass a background check
• Visit and support multiple Clients as needed
• Have Caregiving, CNA, DSP, DSW, bilingual, or senior care experience (a plus, not required)
• Ability to work some or all the following: Day Shifts, Evening, NOC or Overnight Shifts, Weekend Shifts

We are hiring for multiple caregiver opportunities, including Day, Evening, Night (NOC), and Overnight shifts, as well as Weekend, Bilingual, CNA, and Lead Caregiver roles. Caregivers are based out of Astoria, OR and may be scheduled throughout the Northern Oregon Coast service area, which includes Astoria, Warrenton, Seaside, Knappa, Nehalem, Hammond, Cannon Beach, Gearhart, Clatskanie, Manzanita, Rockaway Beach, Svensen, Brownsmead, Oceanside, Wheeler, Garibaldi, and Bay City. Service areas vary based on client needs, and candidates should be comfortable traveling to client homes within this region.
