Job summary

Caring for Others is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes across the community. You’ll offer companionship, prepare meals, assist with daily activities, and help with light housekeeping while delivering safe, respectful support.

We welcome individuals with caregiving experience or relevant certifications; bilingual applicants are a plus. Various shifts, including weekends, are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a valid license and insured transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• Visit and support multiple Clients as needed.
• Caregiving, CNA, DSP, DSW experience or bilingualism is a plus.
• Ability to work Day, Evening, NOC or Overnight, and Weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, meals, light housekeeping and errands.
• Assist with personal care and mobility as needed.
• Support clients with Alzheimer's/dementia.
• Nurse-delegated tasks as required.

Requirements

We are hiring for multiple caregiver opportunities, including Day, Evening, Night (NOC), and Overnight shifts, as well as Weekend, Bilingual, CNA, and Lead Caregiver roles. Caregivers are based out of Medford, Grants Pass, Roseburg, Ashland, Jacksonville, White City, Myrtle Creek, Canyonville, Cave Junction, Eagle Point, Talent, and Phoenix.
