Job summary

Dribbler Soccer is seeking professional private soccer trainers to conduct lessons for players of all ages across the United States. You’ll travel to local parks or clients’ locations, set your own schedule, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

We connect players with top-notch trainers and offer a straightforward onboarding process. The role combines independence with a supportive team, and compensation is issued promptly after lessons.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional soccer coaching experience.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Strong communication with players and clients.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially with children and teens.
• Ability to provide own training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and group soccer lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly to suit your and the client’s availability.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ preferred training locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player’s abilities and goals.
• Assess players’ skills, track progress, and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide the equipment needed to have a successful lesson.
• Deliver a comprehensive, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers about player progress.
