Job summary

Dribbler Soccer is expanding its team of professional private soccer trainers. You’ll conduct 1-on-1 and group lessons, traveling to clients’ locations and setting your own schedule.

Trainers are paid within 24 hours after each lesson via PayPal or other methods, with the opportunity to choose clients and manage a flexible workflow. We provide the clients; you bring the expertise, safety, and engaging coaching style to help players of all ages reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional coaching experience.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Clear criminal background check completed.
• Strong communication with players and clients.
• Own soccer training equipment required.
• Energetic and engaging with children and teens.
• Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and group soccer lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly to suit your and the client’s availability.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ preferred training locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player’s abilities and goals.
• Assess players’ skills, track progress, and adapt lessons to fit their needs.
• Deliver a comprehensive, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers about player progress.
