• Experience in residential security or executive protection preferred.
• Background in patrol operations, access control, emergency response, or protective services desirable.
• Current Texas Level IV license preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of a private residence and surrounding property through routine patrols, inspections, and observation.
• Monitor residential security systems, cameras, alarms, gates, and access control systems.
• Screen and manage visitors, vendors, contractors, and service providers entering the property.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, medical, and other emergency responders when necessary.
• Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities in a timely manner.
• Support events and resident movements with appropriate security coverage and coordination.
