La Casa Health Care in Irvine, California, is seeking Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes. With flexible shift availability including mornings, mid-days, and nights, this position offers both full-time and part-time roles.

Competent nursing care is essential to the agency’s mission of keeping families together, and we welcome new graduates as well as experienced nurses. Competitive hourly pay and bonuses are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state‑approved school of practical (vocational) nursing and currently licensed in California.
• One year experience in nursing is a plus; new graduates welcome.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Implement the nursing care plan for each patient.
• Provide nursing services and treatments as assigned.
• Teach and counsel the patient and family regarding care needs.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes.
