Premier Medical Urology is a physician-owned, high-volume private practice seeking a urologist to join a well-established and highly efficient group in Central Illinois. This is a true private practice model built for physicians who want autonomy, income, and ownership-not employment.

This opportunity offers proven, 99th percentile MGMA income (salary + call) with additional upside through ancillary ownership, including lithotripsy and in-house laboratory services. You are not just joining a practice-you are stepping into a platform designed for long-term wealth building.
