Optimal Living Center in South Miami seeks a licensed therapist to join a thriving private practice, providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy in-office. You will maintain about 28 client sessions per week, complete all clinical documentation, and develop treatment plans under supervision, while upholding HIPAA and Florida regulations.

The role requires a Master's degree and active registration; Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field.
• Active registration as a mental health professional (Registered Intern).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy in-office.
• Maintain an active caseload of ~28 sessions per week.
• Complete clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, discharge summaries) within required timeframes.
• Develop and safeguard accurate client records in line with HIPAA and Florida regulations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in supervision and professional development opportunities.
