Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Iowa in good standing.
• Able to communicate with and motivate people.

Responsibilities

• Restores patient's function, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by planning and administering physical therapy.
• Assesses and interprets evaluations and test results to set treatment plans.
• Administers prescribed therapies and guides patient activities.
• Evaluates progress and adjusts treatments as needed.
• Completes discharge planning and coordinates with the medical team and family.
• Designs home exercise programs and trains patients and caregivers.
