Vivify Medical in New York, NY is seeking a Primary Care Physician specializing in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (MD/DO) for a full-time, on-site role. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no call and no weekends, along with a competitive base salary and bonus potential.

You will provide comprehensive outpatient care, manage preventive and chronic diseases, and collaborate with in-house cardiology and specialty teams to support integrated patient care in a modern practice.

Formación

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active NY medical license and DEA registration.
• 2+ years outpatient/private practice experience preferred.
• Proficient with EHR and digital health tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care including preventive medicine, acute care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management.
• Coordinate care with in-house cardiology and specialists to support integrated patient care.
