Mindful Therapy Group in Oregon offers licensed clinicians a pathway to own and grow a private practice while maintaining clinical control. We provide referrals, marketing, credentialing, billing, scheduling, technology, compliance, and ongoing business guidance through a provider-centric model.

We are expanding in-person availability across markets, with professionally managed office spaces to support local growth. Supervision and coaching help clinicians expand leadership and diversify income.

Qualifications

• Active or pending independent license in good standing.
• Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
• Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy within your scope of practice.
• Commitment to high clinical, legal, and ethical standards.
• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching.
• Interest in providing consistent in-person care.
• Required professional liability insurance and business credentials.
