Eyes On Eyecare in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join an established, independent private practice with a loyal patient base. You’ll deliver comprehensive eye care, including medical primary care, in a supportive team setting along with experienced staff. New grads and seasoned doctors are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree.
• Maryland optometry license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• New graduates and experienced Optometrists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye examinations and primary/medical eye care.
• Conduct contact lens evaluations and fittings, including specialty contacts.
• Utilize specialty lenses such as RGP, soft, toric, bifocal, and keratoconus lenses.
• Perform cataract and glaucoma testing; manage eye diseases.
• Provide emergency eye care.
• Operate optical services through onsite modern dispensary.
