Job summary

Modern Focus Eye Care in Texas is seeking a Doctor of Optometry (OD) to join our privately owned practice and work directly with one surgeon owner, offering clinical independence and patient-centered care.

You will lead comprehensive eye exams, optical services, myopia management, and dry eye therapy, supported by experienced ODs, MDs, and an operations team to help you grow your patient base and shape the clinic’s identity.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program.
• Active Texas license in good standing.
• Entrepreneurial and growth-minded personality.
• Strong interest in retail, optical care, and long-term patient relationships.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye exams and visual health management.
• Deliver retail and optical services, including glasses and contact lens fittings.
• Offer myopia management using latest techniques and treatments.
• Provide dry eye therapy and individualized ocular surface care.
• Educate patients and ensure continuity of care in a welcoming environment.
