Job summary

The practice in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to join a physician-owned private group with plans for expansion and a clear path to partnership. Expect a 3-4 day work week with 1:12 call, 27–30 births per month, and 4 Davinci Robots on site.

Competitive base salary up to $400,000 plus sign-on/relocation bonuses and a strong production-based incentive plan. Enjoy significant clinical autonomy and a flexible mix of OB and GYN duties in a supportive environment, including robust mentorship

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in obstetrics/gynecology.
• Private practice interest with potential for partnership.
• Willingness to participate in both obstetric and gynecologic duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care with ability to flex to heavy GYN work.
• Deliveries and obstetric management with on-site support and autonomy.
• Participate in a private practice model with mentorship and growth opportunities.
