Qualifications

• Therapist for individuals, couples, families, children, and teens.
• Ability to complete all paperwork and documentation for ongoing cases.
• Ability to work independently and learn private practice business and marketing aspects.
• Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing mental health services.
• Minimum 15 clients per week for part-time; 22+ for full-time; ability to run groups.
• Must have a good sense of humor and be a team player.
• Registered and in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop tailored treatment plans with goals and objectives.
• Offer crisis intervention when needed.
• Follow up with patients to ensure they are getting the best care possible.
• Assist in managing client load and group sessions as needed.
