Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist (General ENT) to join an established, rapidly growing private practice in the Reston / Fairfax, VA area. This opportunity blends private practice autonomy with modern clinical support and high earnings potential.

You will provide comprehensive outpatient ENT care across pediatric to geriatric patients, with opportunities to pursue subspecialty interests.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Otolaryngology Residency program.
• Active or eligible Virginia medical license; BC or BE in Otolaryngology.
• Strong foundation in General ENT care; subspecialty interests welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient ENT care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Manage a broad range of general ENT conditions with potential subspecialty interests.
• Evaluate and treat up to ~30 patients daily in a modern clinic.
• Participate in a physician call rotation with variable compensation.
• Collaborate with clinical staff using advanced diagnostic and surgical technology.
