Job summary

Nutritioncare in Raleigh, NC is seeking a licensed dietitian/nutritionist to join our private practice. The dietitian will provide evidence-based nutrition care, perform assessments, develop care plans, and educate patients one-on-one.

The role requires NC licensure, CDR credential, outpatient experience, strong counseling skills, and proficiency with nutrition software and electronic health records. You will work in-person in our warm, supportive team environment and contribute to program

Qualifications

Credentialed in good standing with the Commission on Dietetics Registration (CDR).
North Carolina Licensed dietitian/nutritionist.
Experience in one-on-one patient counseling is essential.
Experience in outpatient setting and/or wellness coaching.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop care plans using the nutrition care process.
Monitor chronic conditions and provide nutrition education and counseling to individuals and families.
Collaborate with team to identify educational and nutritional needs and support program development.
