Schedule is Mon–Thu with alternating Saturdays. Compensation is competitive at $700–$800 per day or a percentage of collections, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and a CE stipend.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Dental License.
• 2+ years of experience strongly preferred.
• Strong patient communication and collaborative mindset.
• Availability for two evening shifts (until 7 PM) per week and bi-weekly Saturdays (8 AM–2 PM).
