The role offers mentorship, high earning potential, and a modern clinical environment, with a schedule Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM and no Fridays.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed general dentist.
• Open to both new grads and experienced clinicians.
• Coachable and growth-minded.
• Comfortable performing comprehensive general dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of general dentistry procedures: crowns, fillings, extractions, dentures.
• Participate in comprehensive care planning with focus on patient experience.
• Utilize modern technology and private practice workflows.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Mentor and train junior staff when applicable.
