Mindful Therapy Group is hiring a Professional Counselor Associate (PCA) for its Sylvan Highlands private practice in Oregon. This contract role offers supervision, referrals, an office space, and administrative backing to help you focus on client care and growth.

You will build a private practice under clinical supervision, gain experience with face-to-face therapy, and grow your caseload while advancing toward full licensure.

Formación

• Active or pending associate-level clinical license in good standing.
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, create treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy under clinical supervision.
• Commitment to ethical care, supervision, and timely documentation.
• Availability to serve clients and grow caseload with hybrid work.
