Job summary

Jobtailor in Bannockburn/Deerfield area seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide supervision and consultation to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians, support onboarding, and uphold ethical, evidence-based care.

You will manage a caseload of about 20–25 sessions per week, collaborate with ownership on the Gurnee location expansion, and mentor therapists while promoting a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a qualifying field.
• Active Illinois license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) license required.
• Experience supervising or leading clinical teams preferred.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
• Active Illinois license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD)
• Experience with assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
• Experienced clinician who enjoys mentoring and supporting therapists
• Approved supervisor status
• Experience supervising or leading clinical teams preferred
• Outpatient, group, or private practice experience preferred
• Familiarity with insurance and community resources preferred
• Expertise with children, couples, and/or neurodivergent populations preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• In-person availability at the Deerfield/Bannockburn office
• Ability to maintain approximately 20–25 clinical sessions per week
