Job summary

NSI Healthcare seeks an Associate Dentist in Lancaster, PA to join our private practice. We welcome both experienced providers and recent graduates to apply. The role offers a private practice environment with a Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule and no weekends.

compensation ranges from $200,000 to $300,000 per year with full benefits. Active PA dental license required to join our caring team.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license required.
• Experience with both adult and pediatric patients preferred.
• Ability to work in a private practice setting with a patient-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental care to adults and children in a private practice.
• Join our Lancaster, PA team on a full- or part-time basis.
• Maintain high standards of care during Monday–Thursday 8:00–5:00 schedule, no weekends.
