Job summary

Music & Arts in Fayetteville, NC, seeks a skilled Music Teacher to create an engaging, safe learning space where students thrive. You will teach lessons across ages and skill levels, build relationships with students and families, and collaborate with store teams to schedule lessons and boost retention.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Music Education or Music Performance and at least two years of teaching experience; advanced degrees and professional certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of music teaching experience.
• Master’s or Doctoral degrees in Music (preferred).
• Professional teaching memberships or certifications (preferred).
• Experience teaching multiple instruments (e.g., guitar, piano, violin, trumpet, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents through regular communication, goal-setting, and progress updates.
• Partner with store teams to schedule lessons and encourage student retention.
• Share your musical expertise to inspire students and foster their growth.
