Job summary

Music & Arts in Sugar Land, TX is seeking talented music instructors who are passionate about teaching and inspiring students of all ages. You’ll deliver engaging private lessons and collaborate with the store team to schedule sessions and improve retention.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education or Music Performance and at least 2 years of teaching experience are required; advanced degrees and multi-instrument expertise are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of music teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents through regular communication and progress updates.
• Partner with store teams to schedule lessons and support student retention.
• Share musical expertise to inspire growth and learning.
