Music & Arts is seeking a dedicated Music Teacher who will create a engaging, supportive, and safe learning environment. You will teach lessons, monitor progress, and collaborate with store teams to retain students.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Music and has teaching experience; advanced degrees and multi-instrument expertise are preferred. This role emphasizes passion for music education and empowering learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of music teaching experience.
• Advanced degrees (Master’s or Doctoral) in Music preferred.
• 8+ years of teaching experience with multiple instruments (as listed) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Teach music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Build relationships with students and parents through regular communication, goal-setting, and progress updates.
• Partner with store teams to schedule lessons and encourage student retention.
• Share musical expertise to inspire student growth.
