Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in private capital markets research, investment, asset allocation, or strategy.
• Strong knowledge across private market strategies and investment structures.
• Familiarity with private market datasets and tools.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to turn insights into narratives.
• Willingness to integrate new technologies, including generative AI, for data-driven analysis.
• Data-first approach with the ability to model and interpret complex financial data.

Responsibilities

• Be a thought leader in private capital markets by producing timely, data-rich research.
• Track macro trends impacting private markets, including deal flow and valuations.
