Job summary

Morgan Stanley Investment Management is seeking an Associate, Data Operations - PrivateMarkets to oversee data quality and governance across the Private Markets platform. You will coordinate with Operations, Technology, Data Governance and external providers to ensure data is complete, accurate, and trusted across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Execute data quality and control processes across Private Markets data from fund administrators and internal platforms.
• Investigate and resolve data exceptions with root-cause analysis and remediation recommendations.
• Perform reconciliations and variance analysis on investment and fund data (positions, cash, P&L, etc.).
• Support data governance activities including CDEs, definitions, lineage and quality rules.
• Engage fund administrators and internal providers to resolve data and delivery issues.
