Job summary

NetJets is seeking certified pilots to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The role emphasizes safety, exceptional service, and a concierge-level passenger experience on every flight.

Pilots operate with strict adherence to FAA guidelines and NetJets SOPs, maintaining professionalism across varied trip schedules and time zones. The position requires FAA ATP or R-ATP with multi-engine rating, a First Class Medical Certificate, and the ability to work flexible hours, including holidays.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP or meet requirements for FAA ATP (R-ATP) with multi-engine rating
• At least 21 years of age and compliant with regulatory requirements
• Clear health and background screenings as required for flight duties

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of aircraft following FAA, OEM, FOM/AOM and SOPs
• Provide pre-flight passenger briefings and communicate weather and itinerary changes
• Deliver in-flight service including catering and handling of items as needed
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control Center to report maintenance issues and documentation
• Act as liaison from passenger arrival to safe landing and post-flight handover
