Job summary

NetJets seeks a Pilot to deliver safe, high‑quality air transportation with a concierge service level for Owners and passengers. You will command the aircraft, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and provide exemplary in‑flight service while managing tasks from pre‑flight to post‑flight operations.

Qualifications include 1,500 hours total flight time or equivalent, ATP written, First‑Class Medical, and a valid US passport.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1,500 hours total flight time experience or 1,250 hours with university R-ATP certificate or 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or 1,000 hours with university R-ATP certificate.
• 200 hours cross-country (>50 nm)
• 250 hours fixed-wing PIC
• 100 hours night flying (or 75 hours with 45 night takeoffs/landings)
• 75 hours instrument time
• ATP written completed prior to Indoctrination Training
• 50 hours fixed-wing multi-engine time
• Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate
• Must be able to travel internationally
• Must be able to work varying hours including nights and holidays
• Must be able to pass TSA background screening
• Must have a valid US passport
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently

Responsibilities

• Safely operate aircraft per FAA and company SOPs.
• Greet Owners/passengers and brief them on flight details and weather updates.
• Provide in-flight service including meals and beverage handling.
• Load and stow baggage securely.
• Communicate maintenance issues to MCC Controller.
• Complete required paperwork for maintenance events.
• Maintain professional demeanor and passenger service throughout trips.
• Coordinate with crew and ground support from arrival to departure.
