The role requires extensive flight-hour qualifications, strong decision-making, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to rapid changes while maintaining a professional demeanor across time zones.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to FAA guidelines and SOPs.
• In-flight service and catering handling.
• Ability to manage pets onboard and accommodate non-smoking passengers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate aircraft per FAA, OEM, FOM/AOM and SOPs.
• Greet passengers, brief weather updates, and coordinate itinerary changes.
• Provide in-flight service including handling of alcohol and catering.
• Load and stow baggage securely.
• Communicate maintenance abnormalities to MCC and complete required paperwork.
